Will we have the complete access of the website?
No, unfortunately, you will not be granted the access to full website files. You will however get a working backend (if you package allows), ownership of the domain name & working email addresses.
How can we update content, images?
You can do it yourself via the provided CMS backend if your chosen package allows, or send us anything and we will do it for you using the maintenance hours work quota.
Can we have official email id like hello@sitename.com?
Absolutely. Just let us know the email addresses that you want in the questionnaire and we will set it up for you. Note that you will send & receive emails on your preferred email service (Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail) and will not take your web space. So no need to remember another username/password, and no more missing those important emails.
Where the website will get hosted? Will we have the access of server?
Unfortunately you will not have the access to your website’s server. Rest assured, your website will be hosted on a high-performance server. It features regular backups stored based on your chosen package. Just let us know if you need to restore any version and we’ll do it for you.
Will you create custom design website for us?
Based on your answers to the questionnaire, we will design your website to meet your needs & brand. We will focus on your target audience & engagement that you want from your visitors. It may not necessarily customised to what you want, but it will be the website that you need.
When a user fill the form, how we will see the lead?
When the form is submitted, you will instantly receive an email with the lead details. If your package allows CMS backend, this data is also stored in a database there.
Will you also create a logo for us?
Yes, one logo design will be included if your chosen package allows. The logo we design will be minimal text based design, based on your chosen colour(s), up to 2 flat colours (no gradient/shadow), and up to 2 revisions. Final logo will be used on website in PNG format (not for printing purposes).
Content for the website, will you provide or we need to create that?
We prefer you provide us the guidelines and content to your site. However, we can do it for you (based on your guidelines) with additional cost.
How long will it take to set things up?
Once we have ideas for your site and the content, we can start immediately and you can have a site within a week.
Will it be SEO friendly?
Of course! No point having a website that can’t be found, right? All websites we designed follows Google guidelines, and we will configure suitable keywords related to your website business objectives. Your website will also be ultra-responsive, so all visitors will get excellent experience on any device!
What is the termination terms?
Based on your chosen package, a minimum contract period applies. You may opt for website buyout anytime without additional cost.
